三、文明洗礼
啥是报价?
发盘(offer)又名报盘,发价和报价,是生意的一方向另一方提出各项生意条件,并情愿按这些条件达到生意、签定合同生意某种产品的标明。
发盘可以在收到询盘后宣告,也可以未经询盘直接宣告。发盘可所以卖方的行为,习气上称为售货发盘;也可所以买方的行为,称为购货发盘或递盘。在实践事务中,一般以卖方的发盘居多。发盘对发盘人具有法令上的捆绑力,在其有用期内,若受盘人标明完全附和发盘内容,则发盘人有必要按发盘条件与受盘人订立合同。
《公约》中规则,一项发盘,即就是不可以撤消的,也可以撤回,但条件是撤回的告诉要在发盘抵达受盘人之前或一起抵达受盘人。
