提升英语口语的方法除了看美剧或英文电影还有很多，我们可以总结一下：

跟读美剧或英语电影

我们可以利用一些配音软件或是跟读软件之类的去实现我们的配音和跟读，找一些英文原版录音的材料进行对单词、短语、句子等的模仿。在进行朗读模仿时，要学会听自己的发音和资料中的有什么地方不同，反复去练习纠正。从而提升语感，积累表达。

创造英文环境

1）我们可以参加一些只能用英语交流英语角的活动，多开口，克服开口障碍。

2）和外教或者地道的外国人对练。因为我们如果想要真正提高自己的英语口语水平，光靠模仿语音语调是不够的，必须得有一个开口输出的过程才有可能真正拔高。和外国人对练这是最直接有效的方法。如果我们没有认识的外国人，我们可以用到一些能和外教进行交流的工具类似于口语侠这种。它可以像微信语音一样直接拨通语音就能随时随地与外教进行交流，很方便，可以讨论任何你想要讨论的话题。它里面外教非常的丰富，我很喜欢找不同的外教去聊天，认为这样才比较真实，因为每个人的聊天方式和语音语调都是不一样的，能达到比较好的效果。

3）和同样想提高英语口语的小伙伴一起练习，我们可以利用一些伴学工具，可以在里面进行学习打卡，还可以互相监督。我主要是用在在上面找练习口语的小伙伴，如果你的小伙伴上线了系统也会提醒你。

口译汉英或英汉对照的读物。

当然前提是要选择适合你现阶段英语水平的读物。你可以先读汉语部分，然后逐句直接口译成英文。完成一小段后再与原文进行对比。这样我们可以即时发现我们的错误，并加以改正。
